Cool. Ed Meese’s amicus brief has been accepted in the Trump appeal (challenging Smith's standing), and the court has directed the parties to be prepared to argue the issues raised by the amici.
Great!
Now we’re getting somewhere.
So many of the comments on the thread don’t believe the courts will do the right thing.
We shall see.

This isn’t new but since the Georgia court ruling in favor of True The Vote, redpilling the silent majority and dragging them kicking and screaming into the election fraud portal is the next hurdle. Especially the none-so-blind that they can’t see... GOPe/RINOS.

Based on citizen observations of how this “court” works I think they really do not want to find that Jack Smith does not have authority as Special Council.
From Attny Meese’s Amicus brief:
“No Statute Authorizes the Position of Special Counsel
Supposedly Held by Smith.
In our constitutional system, Congress alone has the authority to
create federal offices not established by the Constitution. And the
Attorney General cannot ex nihilo fashion offices as he sees fit. Nor has
Congress given the Attorney General power to appoint a Special Counsel
of this nature. Thus, without legally holding any office, Smith cannot
wield the authority of the United States, including his present attempt
