Since the Q drops describe the vital role the military has in bringing about this restoration and "clean up", the military obviously has to be on board, and although the military, according to Q, is the only branch of fedgov not utterly corrupt, there is clearly some corruption and evil. This open letter is revealing the split in the military. The good guys are firing the first shot in the war, or should I say "The Storm". If my earlier "working theory" is at all close, the military may well be dealing with "riots" [see drop below] in the form of the invaders and their enablers in a kinetic manner.
In order for the Q plan to succeed, the black hats in the military need to be identified, isolated, and put on notice. Then the loyal patriots in the military can do what needs to be done. Now this has been achieved, and looks as though "D-Day" might not be long in coming.

The 11.3 and 11.4 have me sort of boggled; if it does mean NEXT November, then my working theory is no good. Which very well could be the case. I just do not see the action waiting that long.

My fellow Americans, over the course of the next several days you will undoubtedly realize that we are taking back our great country (the land of the free) from the evil tyrants that wish to do us harm and destroy the last remaining refuge of shining light.
