11.3 and 11.4 do not appear to have anything to do with dates as far as I can tell. We should all give up date fagging. Q will NOT telegraph moves. They are proven to refer to the Law of War manual, however.
Makes sense to me. It also allows for "sooner than you think" to come to pass, without pinning it to a specific date.

My various “working theories” aren’t date fagging... just working theories, no time element. Although JUST in myhumbleopinion it can’t be too much longer.
