This is easy enough to defeat if you random generate a numeric string and recite it within anything you say or record.
Phone convo, video, recording etc... - at beginning or some point or in the picture “XXXXXXXXXX”
Change it daily or weekly, keep log of the priors. The number doesn’t show up in something in the wild, its fake.
If you are a frequent poster/public figure you might have to have something that generates and logs these in a shorter time frame or “on the fly” but it’s pretty easy to create a hash/#/or watermark that verifies pics or vids, AND if you demonstrably do this and keep the records.
