If you look up these large groups, they include dirt bikes, street bikes, parleys, 4 wheel off road vehicles, damn near everything. And they are bold. Like the one guy who jumped off his bike and smashed in the single moms back window in I believe it was NY. She got out to protect her kids and he pulled a gun on her.

I have seen them traveling In packs of thirty or forty in DC and. Baltimore…. They do not obey traffic rules and just generally take over the street. I would not get out of my car. And it seems the local PDs are under orders not to hassle them.
