I remember when Tyson first started bringing in illegals to work. 1990s.
I had a job but 3 hungry kids so I thought a part time job would be nice to make a little more spending money. Called a nearby Tyson and they wouldn’t even interview me. Yet they needed workers so badly they were driving them in on buses 1000 miles from Mexico and putting them up in housing.
I was willing to do whatever they had open, once they heard my American accent it was game over.
That’s another example of the myth that immigrants always help all Americans.

I am wondering right now if the general public will become desensitized to these.
If they no longer work to set off the calls for grabbing all our guns, what will the left do next to raise the alarm? That worries me, particularly since so many are now catching on to the patterns of “distraction” to change the subject.
The life is being squeezed out of everyday Americans. “I can’t breathe.” is something that most of us can understand.

In Central Florida there are about six high schools that are getting outfitted with metal detector screening systems. Can you just imagine? Idiot parents being happy about “my kind goes to one of those” prison schools with up to minute security.
TSA at the airports was just the camel’s nose under the tent. And all this stuff costs money, that can’t be spent elsewhere.

I saw a Life Flight come over my place of work that was likely carrying one of the victims.

Can appreciate your emotional distress, perhaps such forums are not the right place for you in the moment?
I agree it is always best to wait before speculating, especially so early. Also when so emotionally close to an issue, open forum or public discourse is not the best place to get involved with when so close to an issue.
Farr to discuss all these things, just not the time for you to be experiencing the discussion when you are in the middle of the event.

Just disgusted by conspiracy nonsense.
I see many of these comments on different posts and ignore them.
I feel they are toxic and signs of mental instability .
But I normally ignore them .
There have been more posters spouting this stuff and it takes away some validity from this forum in my opinion .
But when a story is local, I won’t stay silent .
To ignore that that there are deranged kids doing this crap is utterly foolish.
We need to go after the root causes of why this happens and not fall for toxic conspiracy theories.
It makes all conservatives look like nut jobs.
May I suggest you avoid the emotional bullying then. Arguing your point by emphasizing how someone may have been flown over your house who could have recently been one of the victims is not a rational posit, it is a fallacy, an Appeal to Emotion.
