In case anyone wonders why so many governments are behind the globalist warming agenda: During the Obama administration the U.N. and its banker, the U.S. taxpayer, started paying direct bribes (disguised as “environmental aid”) to any pissant nation that would strait-jacket their own economies and vote with the globalists in international fora.
I learned this in around 2010 when doing a business deal with a government agency of one very small nation. I think it explains a lot of what appears to be simple insanity.
