I see two possibilities - either they institute the draft, or start recruiting all those illegals that have been crossing our southern border en masse.

I bet it’s the illegals, and they would have no problem shooting at American citizens. That would seem to be their plan anyway. Fits right in to the WEF mindset. How better to destroy the last bastion of freedom in the world? How better to end the civil war that they’re pushing for?
