Well no...once they actually clear the bridge debris from the channel, shipping can resume until they need to work on the center span of the new bridge. Theoretically that could be within weeks.
I don’t think so. There are two steps to shipping. Getting the cargo onto the ship and then sailing away. The cargo is trucked to the port over that bridge.
