The headline is misleading. They didn’t revoke the rule for everyone, just for really tiny fishing boats.

The headline is misleading. They didn’t revoke the rule for everyone, just for really tiny fishing boats. Didn't notice that. Ironic, didn't they hear Hank Johnson's warning that too many Marines would tip Guam over? The should ban the fat fisherman from small boats if at all.
