Most of the evangelical community I know is still very pro-Israel. I think what we're talking about is the libertarian, right intellectual movement.
I know that Tucker Carlson is voicing things, Candace Owens has, the CATO Institute's been very vocal. There's some people on that website who've called for breaking relations almost with Israel.
But I don't think it represents most Christians, much less most Americans. But I don't know quite what their argument is because I've seen so many of them.
It doesn't take a lot of brains to say “there's 500 million people in the Middle East and there's 12 million that live in a democratic government.” And that is the only democratic constitutional system there.

Hamas fighters massacred hundreds of innocent people, deliberately killed children and the elderly, and raped and mutilated women. They abducted hundreds of civilians—including women, infants, and octogenarians—and held them captive in dismal conditions, subject to abuse and starvation. Their actions contravened any sense of law and humanitarian principles. The slaughterers, still spattered with blood, made gleeful boasts about their atrocities that were broadcast in horrific videos and quoted in news articles. In response, Israel has waged a just war of self-defense.
But Israelis are not the only ones suffering. Tens of thousands of people have been killed in Gaza, many of them civilians, including thousands of women and children. The war is especially cruel because the fighting is taking place in congested population centers and because the enemy has turned schools, mosques, and hospitals—places where civilians seek shelter—into military command centers, communications hubs, and weapons factories and caches. The difference is that God has given us many promises of restoring Israel to be Godly and faithful nation.
So because particular English translations of Paul's epistles use "dispensation" in place of the Greek word "oikonomían" (since he wrote all of his letters in Greek), it therefore follows that Paul was a "dispensationalist"? How is that logical?
And without reference to actual dispensationalism (which is commonly in reference to the theology popularized by Darby/Scofield), what would be the point in calling Paul a dispensationalist? (For reference, of the 60+ English translations of Ephesians 1:10 listed here, only 12 use the word "dispensation".)
It just strikes me as a rather inaccurate way to approach St. Paul's theology by grafting onto him the word "dispensationalist", as though it's an accurate reflection of his own beliefs and doctrine.

It’s an obligation when we have bases and troops in Israel. Besides, just being named in law as a major non-nato ally speaks for itself. Anyone can turn their back on anyone they have a commitment to, but it’s still a violation of trust. That’s the whole point of putting it into law and approving it by both House and Senate and having it signed by POTUS.
Does anyone else think it’s strange that right at the moment that the Isreal/Gaza war was turning into a massive problem for the Democrat machine that the media have sought to stoke division on the right? The slimmest reed will suffice. Tucker’s podcast hosts Munther Isaac, Candace Owen gets fired by the Daily Wire and suddenly there’s civil war on the right?

Back in the real world, Biden is in big trouble with an essential constituency in Dearbornistan. The media can be counted on to do their level best to try to make that murky, but it’s not going to work.
The dustup over Tucker and Candace is going to be forgotten next week, and Joe will still have a problem in Michigan.
