Well,the first flaw in that comment is that there’s a Constitutional Amendment guaranteeing the right to keep and bear arms. There’s no such amendment guaranteeing the right to keep and bear meth...or fentanyl.
There is no Art 1 Sec 8 power for the FedGov to run a drug war. Period.
