He's thinking like a physical being. An infinite being (God, for the rest of you) would not experience the universe in terms of less or more, bigger or smaller, many or few. I would be just as significant to such a being as a supercluster of galaxies, because there would be no difference in the percentage of effort necessary to create, sustain, and relate to either one. The material proof of this, BTW, is that the universe at every level of size demonstrates the same amount of order and complexity: all of the atoms in the cell of a leaf are just as ordered and complex as all of the solar systems in a galaxy, or all the galaxies in a supercluster. There is one, and only one, existence that drops me to the floor in awe and majesty and worship, and that existence loves me and everyone so much as to have become one of us, and be willing to exist within us.
