The mother of a 12-year-old girl who was pulled from her wheelchair and beaten by bullies in a horrifying attack is speaking out about the abuse.
Footage of two disturbing attacks on the 12-year-old in the bathroom and an elevator at Conway Middle School in Orlando show her being dragged around like a rag doll and shoved onto the cold tile floor in an attack filmed by fellow students.
Speaking to DailyMail.com, her mother revealed that she had been bullied for weeks by the same girls.
DailyMail.com has decided not to publish the disturbing footage.
'I'm sickened to see that video, I keep thinking about, what if she was paralyzed or never woke up?' she said.
'I'm mad and I'm disappointed, how can I drop my daughter off every day and not wonder what could happen? She's defenseless, she can't walk.'
'I see her on her knees praying to God to make her 'normal'.
Hall's daughter suffers from a rare spinal condition had had six surgeries since she was five. She was told she would not live beyond aged 10.
The horrifying video begins with the victim on her knees. One of the bullies grabs her head and pushes her onto the bathroom floor.
Trying to get to her feet, the disabled girl tries to retaliate - but the much taller attacker grabs her by the arm and swings her around the room.
She again tries to fight back but is pushed against the wall while the attacker and girl filming laugh hysterically.
The girl is eventually able to stumble back into her wheelchair.
Seemingly proud of her cruelness, the girl posting the footage added the caption 'I will fight sb in da wheelchair'.

Skip tracing today is vastly improved from even 20 years ago. I have a friend who traced one person through FIVE jobs - but he got his judgement satisfied.
As with the furries, this behavior goes back to 1) the parents and 2) the school officials. Upside down sick world.

Yes indeed! That was about 90% of my little morons. They were only able to read at a second grade level IF that high, and day’s mamas were often stumbling into the front office screaming about”DAY’S RIGHTS!!!!”
Pickled feral sub humans. I tried, but they fought me every step of the way. I went in there with an open mind, believing that these turds wanted an education... boy was I a fool.
I live in Central Florida too... I worked up at a middle school in Seminole County... the kids I taught for a short time were capable of this.
No “short buses” any more. The courts decreed that that is humiliating and that handicapped kids must be transported on the same buses with everyone else so now many schoolbuses are equipped with wide doors and wheelchair lifts.
