“The reason we have Ryan’s, McCarthys, and Johnsons as speakers is because THAT is who the party IS.”

Truer words could not be written. The Republicrats take meaningless votes on red-meat issues when they know the votes will go down in flames. It is all for show. When they have the House, Senate, and White House, they pass little of consequence. But when they cannot call the shots, they are all about posturing.

The Republicrats are really pathetic.

If the Democrats want border security for Israel and Ukraine, they can agree to border security for us. Johnson and his useless GOP majority got nothing, not a single concession, not one penny for funding for our border security. A House majority can be put to use, or it is pointless.

What a bunch of knee-jerking reactions. What while I agree something needs to be done about the RINO infestation in the GOP, now is NOT the time.

It’s an election year and the media will roast the Republicans if a move to vacate happens. We need a GOP majority in January. As you all know, the Dums have already said they will refuse to certify Trump’s election. Plus, give them control when Trump wins will be a disaster.

Then all the complaining will be in overdrive here. Be careful what you wish for.

Politics is the art of the possible.

Border Security legislation under the present Senate and Administration is not possible.

Texas is securing the border. New Mexico, Arizona and California should also

His defenders for the most part, not all, would vote for Karl Marx if he had an (R) in front of his name. They are party pukes and a part of the problem, not the solution.

They lecture conservatives on loyalty to their little club and why it’s our duty to vote for that (R) candidate regardless of their leftist voting record, think (McCain, McRomney, the Bush’s) and then turn around and utter absolute BS as to why they can’t vote for Trump because they are a principled conservative!

The congress is lost in 2024 and the congressional Republicans have no one to blame but themselves. They have been given control time and again and have done NOTHING but surrender to the Democrats. 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016. They had Trump and both houses and wouldn’t fund $4 billion to build the wall and they are freaking clueless as to why they are hated and despised by their own voters.

...you didn't counter....ANY thing...

Trump did get a vote for Speaker but nobody else would second the nomination. Now that Democrats have gone into full totalitarian mode being Speaker has one clear advantage: In the House the Speaker is totally immune . There is not a gag order in the land which can touch him. Knowing this could get him those extra votes. Rino's know what opposing Trump means: getting tossed. Most of not all who voted for Impeachment were voted out. Liz Cheney by 2 to one in her primary.
