if one is functioning in a significant father role PRIOR to the dna test then one is considered the ethical or moral father even if not the bio father.
The courts will not that that away from a child.
Personally I think all babies need to be dna tested for their dad. I also think that no man has claim on a child that he does not does not have a legal relationship with the mother.
I also think no woman has a claim on a man who she does not have a legal relationship with. The child is her financial issue.
