I was watching today's Rallies in Wisconsin and Michigan.
Trump, again, spoke out about the unfairness of the Manhattan Trial, "the conflicted judge," the corrupt prosecutor etc.
In short, he's not shutting up, which begs the question. Is he calling the judge's bluff? Is he trying to get incarcerated?
Why would he do that?
What would be the scenario if the judge tells the bailiff to handcuff Trump and take him to jail for contempt of court?
Would he agree to be handcuffed? I don't think he'd want that photo-op, but what can happen?
Would the Secret Service sit back and let this happen?
Would they go to jail with him?
I've searched the internet, and I cannot find a single scholarly article on what can happen if the judge attempts to incarcerate Trump.
My thought is, if the judge orders incarceration, would that constitute a collateral judgment that will give Trump the IMMEDIATE opportunity to appeal before he's escorted away?
I am genuinely asking the smartest thinkers in the world here on the forum for their opinion.
Of course they *should* be...but it'll never happen.
But in the meantime while we’re waiting for the appeal is he handcuffed and put in jail?
I believe that when Trump understands how the system works, he will use Lawfare against all of them. He was a contractor in NYC for decades, so he knows how to play dirty. Count on it. That was my point.
He is not going to prison.
The judge is using all threats he can make up.. He’s used to going over the line.. Example, his daughter.
But prison is not a joke and not a thing to put a Presidential candidate thru.. And leave the situation the dems have pulled off with Obama a 3rd term. Unelected.. Millions invaders people are fed up with, and the dem administration doing a T on the nation, by exposing all of us to terrorism with millions invading and they know not who.
For one thing Rilers Island is one of the jails in the country. Anyone saying what they may do might expect a visit .
There are a million+ lone wolves; no contact with any other. Each acting independently to remove any leftist in their immediate AO.
It will be a snowball effect once it starts.
The rich, left elite? They have a handle full of service crews that enter their property & homes each week. Gate and entry codes are known.
Media elites may be the first to be removed per individuals’ choice of targets.
Each lone wolf will act and then disappear, with no connection to any other event.
It will not be an organized civil war.
This whole thing is mind boggling . This POS judge wasn’t even born here, he came at the age of six from Columbia, a banana republic, who knows if how he became a citizen if he did. Now he did in judgement over a former president , it’s time that the higher courts remove him for his outrageous conduct in this case.
This might go against the conventional wisdom but I think democrats (at least the relatively intelligent ones in the party establishment) DO NOT want to see Trump put in jail under any circumstance, at least until after the election. They are terrified it would turn him into a political martyr and he would be elected in a landslide. I’m sure they have telegraphed their desire to the judge, threaten all you want, fine all you want, but DO NOT put Trump in jail. They certainly want to see Trump convicted, but even then, I’m going to guess they will pressure the judge to keep him out of jail, a huge fine, maybe probation or house arrest. But never jail.

If he is found to have lied on his citizenship application, then as per US vs Braunsteiner-Ryan, his citizenship can be revoked and then be deported forthwith! Same thing for the Jamaican born judge ashitcan!
I believe the will jail. Liberals don’t hesitate to use force again Republicans when afforded such oportunities.

President Trump is aware that is a possiblity, and is committed to abide by the law.
DC is afraid of their total corruption being exposed.

I would agree except for the fact that the D’s are RABID. They’re literally insane, frothing at the mouth, RABAD and can’t control themselves.
There may be some D’s with some sense that would suggest against it but we’re dealing with a mob - those with sense don’t control the mob.
