The use of deadly force was not warranted. The shooter’s life was not in imminent danger. Take a class and save yourself some heartache and mucho dollars to defend yourself from a bad shoot.

The only thing the delivery man did wrong, other than getting the houses confused, was to deliver in an unmarked vehicle. Most pizza places will give their driver a big bright sign to place on top of their cars so that there is no doubt where tbey came from. That signs will often be lit up.
The deserving bastard likely had pineapple on the pizza.
