The animated spots in the commercials were fun to watch when it launched.

Some GI Joe vehicles and equipment don’t appear to make a lot of sense.

At least the comic books were readable at times, the few I looked at.

When I was a kid, GI Joe was a doll about the same size as Barbie, before the smaller GI Joe 'action figures' came out. There were others. Cowboys and such...
