According to GMA, Couch moved out of the off-campus Moscow, Idaho, home in May 2022, six months before the murders took place. Her former roommates and friends, Madison Mogen, 21, Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20, were fatally stabbed in the three-floor residence on Nov. 13, 2022. All four were close friends and students at the University of Idaho.

OMG, me too! If I'd been born several decades later, and gone to college at U of Idaho, and met this group of people, and moved into that house, and not moved out six months before the murders -- why, it could have been me! I'd better go on Good Morning America and tell the world about it.

My brother was paranoid enough to not want to be seen carrying his travel luggage out to his car. My ex took exception to me telling her to be more discreet when we were going to the airport. No one wants to be overcautious. Asking me to pick up the old free newspapers that ended up in his driveway was reasonable.
That's just smart.
