Black Hawk Down takes best film editing. The guy taking the award has an accent...isn't he supposed to climb over the chairs?

Well since you invited this kind of comment... Actually I don't think I'm "too good' for these shallow ceremonies, I just think award shows are boring, and the people that vote in them are idiots (most of the "best pictures" aren't even on my list of good movies). Not just the Oscars, all media award ceremonies, boring with the awards going to all the wrong people. Though I really did like the Year of the Woman Oscars, all that "celebrating women" BS, first award is best supporting actress and it goes too... the girl that played the tramp in My Cousin Vinny (who did a good job, but coming after all their fluff about "great female characters" it was bleeding hilarious); laughed myself sick, haven't watched again.
Discovery Channel is going to be running a thing on PI boot camp soon (maybe now depending on your time zone). Now that's good TV.

The way I hope it turns out is that O.P. gets best director and LOTR gets best picture. Jackson can get best director after the 3rd comes out.
