Everyone, please remember how important your local elections are too. (Preaching to the choir) We have several Borough Councilman I would like to see unseated due to their unfriendliness to the business community and the taxpayers in our town. Can you believe they passed a regulation that you must have a building permit to paint your garage door? They keep finding new things to tax so they can create a few jobs for somebody's best friend's nephew. (My opinion anyway)

Hi, all! Here is a link to story about Harrison Ford from one of our suburban Chicago newspapers. Seems Harry had a little cranky fit. Maybe his 50 pound girlfriend was getting on his nerves...Link ...Sorry if this has already been posted. Here's an little taste...

Ford is asked, over the course of his career, which of his roles is his favorite.

"I really don't have favorites," he says.

"Are they kind of like your children?" Love interjects.

Ford looks at Love with barely concealed disgust, sighs, then says, "I have said before, and you're forcing me to say again, that they're like your kids. You don't choose which is your favorite kid. It's really for the audience to judge. I don't have favorites."

What a great thread! I think you should leave it up because unbelievable as it is there are people on this forum who are not registered to vote. Being so close to the 2002 elections we need to remind people. Especially the ones who shoot their mouth off around here and haven't voted in years or not registered at all.
