One male juror seemed to sympathize with Dusek and shook him head in agreement as the prosecutor became impatient with Hall's long-winded answers.Ya know, I ALWAYS shake my head when I AGREE with something...NOT!
This reporters takes on body language is a little screwed up. You NOD (motion up and down) your head in agreement and SHAKE (motion back and forth) your head for disagreement.
