We will not tire, we will not falter and we will not fail! [President Bush]
Good Morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
A case of West Nile Virus human infection has been confirmed in the DC area.
A BBC report states a study of American airspace during the three days after 9/11 shows that contrails left by jet aircraft do indeed affect the weather. They cause the days to be cooler and the nights warmer. The report couldn't, however, resist getting in a plug for global warming - saying whatever effect the planes had on the weather, it was outweighed by their production of greenhouse gasses.
The Wall Street Journal will report today that a Merrill Lynch trading assistant is in immunity talks with Federal prosecutors for testimony against Martha Stewart.

Black journalists jeer peer at debate
We shall not rest until we have cut a swath 60-miles wide through the entire left - taking all that is before us with us as we go. We shall leave nothing to the enemy that may be of value to him. We shall show him that he may count on nothing and will be able to keep nothing, not his spirit, not his soul, not that upon which he shall feed. We shall not cease until the moment we have rent through their entire land and have arrived at the sea, with our glorious victory upon us.

I'm watching the water turkey sitting on the rim of the fountain in our pond.
Usually he sits there drying his wings......and forgets when the fountain comes on at 7:30, he will get all wet again.
It shouldn't be funny, but when that happens, he goes skittering across the pond looking for dry land.
But the next day, there he is, sitting on the rim again. :)
I hit the traffic lights just right on the way to the subway this morning, so I was on an earlier train.
Got some time to FReep this morn. Till about 0800 hrs.
This FReep'n stuff is addictive.
