Strela, I'm not sure if I can be of much help here - comm's for this would be in the HF freq's and my license class does not allow me to transmit on those freq's.

I can ask some locals if they know whether or not there is an emergency net in operation for this.

I have only heard that the quakes occured - nothing on the damage. Bad?

However, they're apparently not affecting that many people. There is no mention of them on any of the major news web sites, and even http://www.fijivillage.com has no info on them.
