EEEEEE HAW!!! Good Morning all! Oh happy day! Sorry I haven't been around lately. I caught a (kid) cold and have been under the weather. I did have a chance to view the Republican victory last night. Mr. Teacup and I are so thrilled!

Hubby printed out the picture of Carville on Drudge with the trash can over his head. Now if he could only keep on the rest of his life, that would be good.

So glad to hear Liddy Dole won in North Carolina, and Bob Erlich won as Maryland's Republican Govenor defeating Kennedy-Townsend. Bill and Hillary came out to campaign for her and she lost.

Did anyone get to see Dan Rather last night try to expalin the Republican win? Oh good lord was that funny. I swear he was bummling his words and I swear I thought I heard him say, "Now don't worry, don't worry, these Republican wins are just prelimanary, don't panic!" HA! HA! HA! HA! Poor sap!

I've been extremely busy lately doing heavy house cleaning and different activities at school. Friday, we are having a Veteran's Day assembly and a luncheon following for the veteran family members of our students, as well as those who have no family and may feel forgotten. We did it last year, and it was a big success so we're doing it again.

Nancy, France - A blaze apparently ignited by an electrical short-circuit swept through the sleeping car of a train in eastern France early on Wednesday, killing 12 people - including five Americans - and injuring at least eight others, authorities said.

The fire began shortly after 2am as the train with 150 passengers passed through the city of Nancy on its way to the southern German city of Munich, according to French rail authority SNCF. The train had left Paris three hours earlier. story
