Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Sigh.... This pains me but you don't have to do anything rash.... Can sleep on it (and pace about it) for a day or two with probably no harm done.... Maybe you will find a better deal since having to buy the tickets was unexpected!

Seriesly, in Waco the baptists say we're a cult. Along with the UPC folks and the COGIC and all us like that.

I'm not supposed to say this.....but....that's how us Baptists refill our Spirit-O-Meter. The more we harangue people the fuller the meter gets and then that gives us leeway with God and we can run out and commit sin.

"Burn you Cultic, Heretic Scum!" See? I was just fooling around and added 20 points to my Spirit-O-Meter. Now I don't have to worry about cussing out someone who cuts me off on the way home today.

You know, after "Waco", a lot of people think that ANY church that's not a mainline denomination, is a cult. I started going to a church shortly after that called "Living Branch".. my mom was scared to death because of the "branch" .. lol

I completely agree with you. My friend back home wanted to know if I wanted to come back and see another movie again next week. So, we asked the manager at the drive-in what they were showing. It's the flushable. So, I won't be at the drive-in next week.

Actually, I'm waiting for Pirates. I think I need that big of a magnification of pirates to appreciate them the way they need to be appreciated - at least on the screen. i can think of other non-visual means of appreciation off screen though.

FYI! - We will get this eventually as it springs up..... but I haven't been able to get any of the links to work yet. Right click..... save target as..... don't try to stream it.... That is probably why they are overloaded.
