Newpaper reported on its website this afternoon that Parcells would be announced as coach tomorrow.
Sources were said to be close to Cowboys

funny to see parcells committing to four years, although i suppose it will take a while, even for him, to rebuild the team. thought he was done, and so did he say, but i guess he had 18 million reasons to change his mind. good for him!

Two years tops. I don't know why jones just doesn't go ahead and coach that team himself. He knows thats what he wants to do.

it doesn't matter. the eagles will remain the class of the NFL in more ways than one for several years.

League officials said Jones has done all that's necessary to make a move, an indication that the interview with Green met the minority candidate requirement.
Thats pretty funny. Apparently, you cant hire a white coach until you have a token interview with a black guy.
Dennis Green is going to rack up the frequent flier miles this off season.
