This is simply a variation of the infamous "Bad American" item that has been attributed erroneously to Ted Nugent and to George Carlin. (It is slightly closer to Nugent's philosophy than it is to Carlin's, but the abrasive, rude, and occasionally vulgar tone is closer to Carlin's style.) Here is just one of the many threads that have been posted. Do a search on Ted Nugent, George Carlin, or "Bad American" and you will get dozens of threads. (Just be glad you didn't attribute it to Nugent or you would really need some asbestos underwear!)
