I made a great parody of the ubiquitous NO IRAQ WAR signs so common here in the Northwest. But I don't know how to post the JPEG image. Can I get some assistance?

First, you need some server space where you can upload the image. Do you have that? Have you uploaded the image? Once you do that, it's a simple tag that you have to write.

The owner of Zill.net (who is a freeper) was giving up some free space to freepers who requested it a while back. So some freepers have free space on the site.
