We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Great Britain says that Al Qa'eda has in their possession a "dirty" bomb.
Meanwhile, United States intelligence is looking for signs of an Iraqi pre-emptive strike.
Deputy Secretary of State Armitage has stated the United States has the assistance of 21 nations in its battle against Iraq - 20 of these have agreed to allow overflights. No details on which ones were available.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Happy Chinese New Year, ATRW! Welcome to the Year of the Sheep (or Goat, depending on the translation)! Be sure to set off your firecrackers at midnight.

I think I'll pass on the fire cracker thing. I intend to be fast asleep at midnight. I will rattle some pans at 4:45 am in the morning when I get up to make the coffee.

Hi! We are getting snow here again. I am in for the evening, checking news and generally being lazy. The large animal vet is coming to our house tomorrow to treat our dog. Ha!
I am not kidding. She treats my brother's mother-in-law's horse and makes house calls. So, she is going to come and treat Cassie, the 160 pound coon hound.
To: JRandomFreeper
John, I answered SnowTrill's post.

160 lbs? Wow!
Maggie is a big dog, but I doubt she weighs that much. The previous owner's Great Pyr, though, weighed over 160 lbs so Maggie may get there yet.

So,,, didn't the Friends of John McCain ask for your email address, too? There is a big trend towards asking for this information in this area.

It's around 35 degrees, the rain moved out mid morning. Great weekend weather ahead. Snow storm predicted for Sunday nite.

Yep, she's that big. She was a puppy when my daughter got her from the shelter. She was told that the dog was a beagle puppy. HA! Biggest darn beagle I ever saw!

I just took the dog out. The snow is sticking to even the finest of tree branches. It is really beauiful. Everything is coated like a flocking machine has been spraying the trees and shrubs. Pretty and quiet.

Peeking in for a moment cuz I was pinged and since we're talking about weather, well not WE, but YOU.......it's finally gotten down into the 80's here.
To: Brad's Gramma
I'll say hi, since you're here. I'm pausing in my ironing, because the chineese delivery we ordered just showed up. But I've got a lot of ironing to do tonight.
/john
To: JRandomFreeper
Well then.......may I please give you my address? I have a small amount of ironing myself.
I'll leave the key under the mat/behind the tree/under a rock/someplace.....for ya. :-)
How ya doing, John?
To: Brad's Gramma
Busy week, busy weekend. I have the early duty tomorrow, but don't have to be at my duty station until 5:30am, so I get to sleep in. ;>)
How are you and all of yours?
/john
To: JRandomFreeper
We're doing fine.
I'm going to go take Brad out to dinner in a little bit. Just the two of us.
Oh John, I worry so much about his future....and all the kids. Yes, I'm a Christian, so I know the last chapter. It's the kids, they're all so innocent, ya know????
To: still lurking; Snowtrill
Trill sent you freep-mail with a more detailed questionaire. She didn't include my frivolous question about your shoe size. ;>)

To: Brad's Gramma
I know. My 20 y.o. has drill this weekend too. She's my baby. I worry about her, even though she scored expert with hand grenades.
She put her position pretty simply....
