Okay, I know ecurbh will do a really good job with this when he shows up but here's one just a bit larger and a tiny bit better shaded IMHO.
The photoshop class is going on next door right now. This was a quick play for them. It's too fuzzy, but it's enlarged too.

I can also try to get the highest resolution scan for ecurbh to work with too.... There might be faces there.
