Good morning!

So sorry to hear you aren't feeling well, Jen! What a drag! Especially since the weather is so nice today...hope you feel better soon!

I'm sore, for some reason. We went swimming yesterday, but I've gone swimming all summer and never been sore. Maybe because my younger siblings managed to talk me into using the rope thing they have at the lake this time? That sucker is scary! You hold on to a knotted rope and jump off a pretty high bank...swing out over the water and let go. The hardest part is standing on top and looking down.

My sister has never done it but my brother wanted her to this time, and after she stood there for a lonnnnnng time holding the rope and looking down while the rest of us gave advice, she finally said she wasn't gonna do it unless I went first. I didn't stand there long enough to think about it. I think it's easier that way!

Hey guys,

Thanks for the warm wishes. I took a ton of ibuprofin and some caffeine and got through Monday somehow, though I wish I'd felt lousy enough to stay home from work. Am going to try to go walk or something in the sunshine, I think it'll help.
