The Guild 9-15-2003 Salma Hayek looking for man....

...with more balls than her.

Salma Hayek says she's still single because she has yet to meet a man with more balls than her.

The 37-year-old star of Once Upon A Time in Mexico told Austrian magazine Woman she wants to settle down and start a family but has not yet found the right man.

She said: "My mum's always asking me: "When will you finally get married?" And I always say: "When I find a man who has more balls than me".

The actress, who says she has come close to marriage four times, added: "What worries me the most is that most men are so weak. Because of that they act like they don't care and like machos - because they are too fragile inside.

"They're scared of confrontation and afraid of so many things. And because of this they build up their life so they have to deal with their feelings as little as possible."

The star, who is currently dating Hulk actor Josh Lucas, said her ideal man would be in touch with his feminine side.

She said: "I find feminine men unbelievably sexy. But most men are completely incapable of getting in touch with their feminine side. They don't have the courage to confront this part of their soul."

And she added: "What am I supposed to talk about with a man who doesn't know what it's like to be a woman?"

What is a man supposed to talk about with woman who doesn't know what it's like to be a man? sheesh.

Good luck finding a man who wants to spend the rest of his life with a woman who is as dumb as a box of hair.

I don't know if this guy have more 'balls' than Salma, but there is something very sexy about Mikhail Baryshnikov.

her ideal man would be in touch with his feminine side.

I'm confused - is her ideal man supposed to have balls or breasts?

Having found my ideal man, I'm now in need only of these balls:

(how sad is that?!)

Maybe Selma should make a play for Ian...He has a feminine side..well, at least he looks kinda feminine, does that count?

Latest on Chels and Ian in New York: "reportedly lined up an apartment in London Terrace Towers (where the private security guards dress like bobbies—just like in Oxford!), and Ian Klaus, her mop-topped Rhodes-scholar beau, will be joining her (he’s hunting for a studio in the West Village; no living in sin for Bill’s little girl!). Lesson one for new New Yorkers: Everyone has an opinion. We asked some of her future friends and neighbors to share....link to New Yorkers' advice for Chels

I've seen Mikhail in tights, in person. He's got plenty.

Avoid Trouble
“She needs to drive carefully on weekends and avoid rappers and degenerate rich kids,” says lawyer Ed Hayes. “Trouble follows them. She should never be photographed anywhere near a cigar,” Hayes adds. “And she needs my home phone number—everyone else in New York’s got it.”

How's daddy's legacy workin' for ya Chelz?

Arnold and Maria will be on Oprah today. I wish Maria would stop wearing that stupid hair clip. It looks like an afterthought.

I may have mentioned this already, but a good friend of mine went to college with Maria Shriver and said her hair was a major disaster back then. The way she looks now is a great improvement and takes a lot of time, money and effort, apparently!

Off to noon hoops, see you all later.

The Kennedy's all have that thick straight hair. It looks time consuming, but still, the banana clip is ridiculous.

Poor Selma doesn't understand she'd have a much better chance of finding a MAN if she'd try to understand them instead of insisting they figure her out. Women with brains understand that men will never figure out women. :-)

More stupid women:

The National Organization for Women has chosen a peculiar way to enhance the clout of women in politics. The group has joined another feminist outpost, the National Women's Political Caucus, in endorsing Carol Moseley Braun, the former senator from Illinois and ambassador to New Zealand, for president of the United States.

No question Ms. Braun has a strong record on women's rights issues that are a priority for NOW, like pay equity and reproductive choice. As the first black woman ever to be elected to the Senate, she has already secured a place in history.

But those pluses notwithstanding, it is hard to avoid the conclusion that Ms. Braun's presidential bid is a vanity affair. Her scarcely funded campaign seems less a serious bid for the White House than a personal quest to return to the limelight and redeem a reputation clouded — unfairly, according to Ms. Braun — by questions about her ethics and judgment that contributed to her 1998 defeat for a second Senate term.

There is a place in the American political system for symbolic candidacies that advance important principles. But it is hard to see a principle that distinguishes Ms. Braun's candidacy, other than perhaps the right of a tarnished former official to seek the nation's highest office.

By racing to assist Ms. Braun's candidacy, the leaders of NOW showed loyalty to someone with a long relationship with the organization, going back to the unsuccessful struggle to enact the Equal Rights Amendment. But they also trivialized the important role women will play in the coming election, and made themselves look silly to boot. NYTimes

How in the world did this opinion piece make it into the NYT's?!

Let's see, Salma finds feminine men sexy, wants a man who is in touch with his feminine side and knows what it's like to be a woman, but..... he needs to have more balls than she has. Good luck, Salma.
