I suspect someone fleeing Zimbabwe has a better chance, than someone in South Africa but it would depend on whether the interviewer wants to be fair minded/whether he/she had enough cups of coffee or so. It's iffy. I have a girlfriend attending an immigration seminar for the UK and commonwealth countries with lax rules for skilled labor (her husband is a doctor).
