I don't have a problem with a social program that would give the down and out an hand up, but I have a problem with social programs that subsidize failure or poverty, because if you do that, you just get more of both.

Ah Luis. Lovely speech. Yet you have no problem with illegals taking jobs away from American citizens. Where is your "I don't have a problem..." when it's your fellow citizens who need help? You support illegals..probably have them working for you. You support business in spite of the fact they are impoverishing this country and your fellow citizens. Where is the justice in that? In the SW, 28% of the criminal population is here illegally. They're in jail because they committed crimes in the US, not because they're illegal. So we taxpayers not only lose our jobs to them. We pay to educate their kids, subsidize their homes, feed them, and pay their medical expenses. They repay us with murder, rape, robbery, gang violence, and arrogance.

HOW TO SOLVE THE ILLEGAL ALIEN PROBLEM.

It is simple. We don't need more laws.

Make every legal American a deputy and place a bounty on illegals.

If an American catches an illegal alien pay them anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of what it costs the Border Patrol to apprehend an illegal.

The closer to the border you catch the illegal alien the more money you make. Catching an illegal within 10 miles of the border should net a bonus! This would benefit the property owners near the border who have had their property destroyed by illegals.

Of course, police would be eligible too! So a routine traffic stop just might earn them some extra spending money.

I would wager the problem with illegal crossings just about ceases the minute the policy is put into place.
