Boy Poo, I can see you had your feelings hurt by community activism. To address your comment: I guess if I was responsible for enforcing the borders I would need to post my name and phone. I will assure you however that any email or vmail I leave to a govt agency does include my name, city and either email or phone number, so I guess I do put my money where it counts.
