The number of employers who have been prosecuted for illegal activity, e.g hiring non us citizens at slave wages, taking false social security numbers or avoiding IRS withholding is practically zero , this all in a country of justice, law and order and where slavery is outlawed, nobody needs to be afraid of reporting crimes in the US, what is your point?
