Im not really interested in nuts and bolts right here. I support a guest worker program that would address legit labor needs . Meaning it would be limited. So not everybody that wanted to come could come. They would likely try anyway so the borders would have to be secured. You support secure borders? What exactly does "secure" borders mean to you?
