How about the statement by the coroner today that the syringe was discovered after the family visit?

I agree the report was complete. However it did not answer why Terri collapsed. And honestly regardless of the reason allowing the dehydration death of anyone is wrong.

In some states, apparently you can obtain syringes and insulin without a script. I would have thought that practice would have ended after the Klaus Van somethingerother trial... but he was found not guilty of injecting his rich wife, Sonny/Sunny, IIRC.

Perhaps you should stop posting and sit down and listen or read the autopsy report. Learn something about the human brain and how it functions. You said, "The ME's couldn't give her an eye exam, could they?" I expect that sort of sarcastic statement out of a child.

That does not answer the question of why Judge Greer refused to investigate the living will, like our elected reps asked him to do.

He was not asked. He was ordered to do a complete re-review of the case and all of its evidence. His rapid response proved that he completely ignored this order.

The reasons for Terri's collapse were litigated and thoroughly investigated in the lawsuit MS instigated. She had bulimia. The doctors LOST that case because they didn't identify the bulimia before her collapse.

With her admisssion hypokalemia I would like to know what her serum glucose level was prior to administration of 5% dextrose. Insulin is often used to drive down potassium in clinical settings.

You worked in the medical field and you allege that insulin can be purchased "over-the-counter".

You no longer work in the medical field, I hope.

They have been questioned by a lot of people, many of whom disagreed with them. If they were not questioned in court, it's becaue your boy Greer would not allow it. That way, people supporting his position could make vapid arguments like this.

First, Greer is not my "boy." You do yourself no credit with inanities like this.

Second, I saw a couple of these nurses on H&C, and they were not cross-examined as to their statements. In addition, they were fired from the positions at the hospice, which lessens their credibility.
