The report says "Much discussion took place in the media concerning why the decedent had not undergone an MRI scan of her brain, rather than only a brain CT scan while alive. Last month, the Director of the Center for Devices and Radiological Health at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an advisory to healthcare professionals that serious injury or death can occur when patients with implanted neurological stimulators - such as the decedent's implanted thalamic stimulator - undergo MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) procedures".

Well, that was last month; that was not known years ago, and still Terry didn't have an MRI. Why?. Because on May 2005 they were going to discover it wasn't good?. Or because negligence of her husband?.

The report also says that there is no way to know that it's impossible to determine whether or not Terry was minimally conscious or in PVS.

The fact that an advisory was just issued doesn't mean that this hasn't been known for years. It has.

Jeez - grasping onto any thread is still the MO. The 'investigation' thing is lunacy. "Oh, Michael said is was 4:30 on Larry King, so it MUST have been EXACTLY 4:30, because I'm sure he synchronized his watch at noted the time while his wife lay on the floor dying."

Do your research. The fact that an MRI couldn't be done with the brain implant in has been known for years. Sorry, you're gonna have to find some other basis to continue the conspiracy theories.
