I struggle with this often myself, and force myself to pray for my enemies, even when I don't feel like it. But that does not have ANYTHING to do with calling sin by its right name.
This is the key, polly.
The young man sinned. No one here (that I have seen), is saying that it was just fine for him to father a child out of wedlock.
But to not acknowledge that he was admirable for taking responsibility and turning his life around, and to continue to rant about others' being 'afraid' to distinguish right from wrong (when that isn't happening on this thread), is missing the entire point.
I'm sure the accuser has sinned............and I'm sure she has been forgiven. Too bad she doesn't seem to understand that this young man's sins are no more grievous in the eyes of God than her own (or yours or mine).
yellowdog............ALL of our righteousness is as filthy rags relative to God's holiness. For one who preaches to others so ferociously, your theology is somewhat lacking....
