Not really, because Britain (currently doing the job) is our staunchest and closest ally, while the UAE openly support some terrorist groups and have direct involvement in the 9/11 attack.

"Direct involvement" as in 2 of the 19 hijackers were from UAE? No more "direct" than personally blaming Bush for our own home-grown terrorists.
