"After the Supreme Court finds that the FAA is unconstitutional, maybe California should require commercial airline pilots to get loaded before taking off."

Now don't get me started with the FAA.

The pro-drug posters on this forum almost have me convinced that the FAA has no constitutional power under the Commerce Clause to regulate purely intrastate flights. Nosy jackbooted busybodies.

I say if you're flying intrastate you take off and land when you damn well please. What's a few thousand lives each year compared to the freedom guaranteed to us by the U.S. Constitution?

Ah, but if the pilots were loaded they would fly better. And see better, thanks to the glaucoma that the pot would cure. Think of the lives that would save!

More lies.

No one is "pro drug"

We're against the rise of the police state and loss of civil liberties fueled by your drug war.
