Dear fellow Bloggers,
Please be aware I have posted a couple of articles from "THE FIRING LINE" on my websites. Since there was space and color available, the original work was somewhat enhanced, and I added my clearly defined commentary.
MedicineWarriorYahoo.com has "SHEEP, WOLVES AND SHEEPDOGS" in the page two position, while TheConstitutionalistPACYahoo.com got "A NATION OF LAWS", or at least most of the first part of Dr. Powell's fine article. I did not do this one in its entirety as am looking to a broader audience. That is a hoot! In a nation in denial, truth has few who will tolerate it. Conservatives are probably the worst.
Tell me folks what have the Liberals left of this once great Republic that is worthy of Conservation? Like a boxer allowed only defense, our conservatives stagger to the center of the ring at the beginning of each round, deaf to any suggestion they employ their God granted defense, which would be a devastating offensive. Bowing to the Liberal dogma of Political Correctness our heroes return to their corner, too bloody and battered to think through the next round.

Should you be one who still doubts the nature of the struggle we are in, consider the following facts. Our public schools forbid all color of the Christian Religion, to the extreme of banning the pledge of allegiance to avoid the words "Under God". Those same schools are teaching Islam to our children. Islam, to the extent they want kids to become Muslim for the two weeks of Rammaden. Think!
Quite obvious, and very crucial is the fact that they do not believe Allah and God are the same. By simple extrapolation then, since God is Good, Allah is the opposition IN THEIR PERCEPTION. Read/study the Koran, and you too will understand.
The New World Order dictates Liberal dogma. Does the above fact not tell you that the N.W.O. is firmly in the corner of terrorism? Actively working to destroy our Constitution and the crumbling remains of our Republic that our founders left in our hands to preserve for posterity. Bush Senior boasted of his membership, did he not?
Our Republican Party is so structured as to snatch defeat from the very jaws of victory, every damn time… What few victories they bother to win that is.

If you do not know by now that we are engaged to the Death in a titanic struggle between Good and Evil, between God and Satan, then YOU are a sheep, BAAH, bah! Only Moslems are to be armed in the coming "One World." Our troops in Iraq enforce a law that allows every household to be armed, something many "free" Americans could only hope in vain for. Oh, yeah, none of that silly twaddle about limiting full auto either.

The principles outlined in the Christian 4th advent are starkly illustrated in "SHEEP, WOLVES AND SHEEPDOGS" when the author speaks of more and more Americans moving up the ladder toward the sheepdogs. Hardly a better illustration of spiritual evolution could be hoped for from a man who has never been exposed to the idea. It also demonstrates that Satan is a pivotal adjunct to such a system that forcefully evolves the soul toward wisdom. It is quite interesting that prophesy gives both good and evil a possible ending. Please check out the annotated Chapter 12 of Revelations. History as well as geography fully support this version as does common sense and scripture once one realizes the latter has been at the mercy of institutionalized religion for centuries. King James was known historically as a bi-sexual libertine and drunkard. Why his great interest in the bible? Power? How many truthful bi-sexual libertines have you known? Guess which version of the Bible came up with "The Divine Right of Kings"?
There is at least one very slick and expensive magazine out there that espouses final days religion and knowingly lies, distorting what little honest scripture has survived the Royals and Priests. Their agenda is obviously financed by a foreign power whose interest is to blind Americans to their position as (1) New Jerusalem (2) Bride of Christ (3) The Constitution as revealed word of God. Also called the "True testimony of Jesus Christ" (4) The Seed of the Woman, and her identity as Columbia. (5) The role of the United States (Gods Kingdom on Earth) as the wielder of the "rod of iron" that "shatters other nations as pottery." They mail me this magazine for free for about the last year. Thank you Mossad!
Another interesting quote from that chapter is the "people who keep the commandments of God, and have the True testimony of Jesus Christ". The "Commandment of God" is that you maintain a personal relationship with him, placing no God, much less a man/priest/minister/reverend/rabbi, before him.
Amazing how all the really slick, well financed outfits manage such free handouts, or worse yet manage to lose all our causes in spite of the fact we donate rather heavily to them. My ancestors used to walk beside their ponies when hunting. Game like sheep do not bother to count legs and will share grazing with other ruminants. Such ponies were highly prized for not fouling up the hunt. We called them stalking horses. Today they jam the postal service with junk mail, begging money for excellent efforts the liberals are happy to provide cause for.

You are absolutely correct, the connection is far too obscure, and I apologize for being so slothful. This is the post I should have loaded.
I gotta snitch this piece. My apologies to Dr. Robert Ingram Powell and Don Schwarz the authors, and again to "THE FIRING LINE" June of "ought six". "THE FIRING LINE" is published monthly by the CALIFORNIA RIFLE AND PISTOL ASSOCIATION and consistently shines the bright light of intellect upon the murky swamp of today's politics.
Stuff in [this type of bracket is mine] the good Doctor and "FIRING LINE" are totally innocent victims. The use of color is also mine and I've taken the liberty of splitting paragraphs occasionally because I have more space available and it scans easier.
A NATION OF LAWS
Clear back into my kindergarten years in the 1920's, I remember the teacher telling us that "we are a nation of laws," that no one is above the law and that failure to know the law is no excuse!
Now at age 82 and coming up 83 in August, I cannot agree more that "we are a nation of laws." We have an extraordinary number of more than 1,000,000 (one million) LAWYERS writing laws, rules and regulations at the
federal, state, county and city levels of government faster than the various government printing offices can catalog them.
Yet they tell us there is no excuse for "not obeying the [Unknowable] law!" The judge in any court will automatically, without further reference, tell you so
immediately upon your bringing the subject up in court.
[Think! Does this mean we can only have people willing to lie, to the detriment of a fellow citizen for judges?
"Yes my son, you must respect these unknowable laws and the moral bankrupts who administer them."
"Get real, Pop!"
" Oh, yes also your parents and grandparents who fostered such tyranny from the God given freedom that should have been your birthright."
Want to hear "The rest of the Story?" That is not the only, nor the worst lie a judge MUST tell!]
It might surprise you to learn that individuals are fined or sent to jail/prison in large numbers all across the USA who never heard of the laws they have been prosecuted [persecuted] for breaking.
You might also be surprised to learn that more than 99% of the laws fall into the category of VICTIMLESS CRIME LAWS; i.e., laws which have no victims. [Other than the accused that is.] The lawbreaker is not punished for
having violated the rights of any other human being, but on the premise that they might!
The laws are presumptive and violate the [clear] intent of the United States Constitution, where an accused individual is innocent until proven guilty of a criminal act where there is a VICTIM; and furthermore the accused has the right to confrontation of his accused - THE
ALLEGED VICTIM!
[Yup! Here is another place this moral bankrupt you are forced to pay to fairly administer law MUST lie. Ever listen to the jury instruction? If asked, this jerk will even tell you that Constitutional issues are not to be considered by a juror.]
Now don't be confused by the collectivist-socialist rhetoric thrown at you daily by the collectivist-socialist media or their legal counterparts that tell you there are crimes against society. That claim is pure unadulterated "Horsepucky!"
Society (civilized) consists of a number of individuals living together in a socio-economic context wherein the use of force is banned from human relationships.
The government's only justifiable function is that of protecting individuals from the use of force by other individuals, and the entire group from the use of force from those outside our borders who criminally aggress against us.
A mugger,robber, torturer or murderer does not commit a crime against society but against an individual or number of individuals. The criminal does not violate a social right but an inalienable individual right of specific individuals.
THUS THERE ARE NO CRIMES AGAINST SOCIETY.
ALL CRIMES ARE COMMITTED AGAINST SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS.
The number of criminals or the number of individuals does not in any way change this relationship.
It is crucial that you understand this relationship when considering THE FACT that all VICTIMLESS CRIME LAWS deprive you of your right to confrontation of a victim accusing you of a criminal act.
Think about the fact that it is not society nor any social edict, which forbids a man to steal, but the inalienable individual right of another man to live, to keep, use and dispose of his property. That is the primary. [As clearly stated in our magnificent Declaration of Independence.] There are no crimes without victims.
The U.S. Constitution establishes the SUPREMACY OF THE
CONSTITUTION as a precondition of law in these United States. In any confrontation between the Constitution and statutes, THE CONSTITUTION TRUMPS THE STATUTES.
In any confrontation between the federal laws and state laws, the federal laws trump the state laws. That is the rational order essential to a rational code of laws. [In point of fact Supreme Court decisions uphold this rational order.]
But WE HAVE A PROBLEM!
We have buildings full of laws (law libraries) forever being extended in physical size to house the laws our various legislatures kick out the doors on a daily
basis.
The proliferation is so great that no judge, lawyer or individual with photographic memories could read them all if they did nothing else 24-7-365 for the rest of their lives, notwithstanding the conflicts of interpretation which defy rational examination (even with computer analysis)!
Without looking at the tens of thousands of laws which govern everything on the planet down to bedroom activities, there are 20,000 VICTIMLESS CRIME GUN LAWS,which for the most part were written in frustration over the never ending saga of criminal activity in our country.
VICTIMLESS CRIME LAWS were written to create the illusion that something was being done about criminal activity (without sunsetting provisions for those proven not to work); thus such laws are proliferated by politicians attempting to assure their constituents that all we need is one more law to make crime disappear from the country.
Facts are, however, that none of the 20,000 VICTIMLESS CRIME ANTI-GUN LAWS have ever resulted in stopping a criminal from undertaking acts of violence against other human beings. Such laws are impotent and CREATE REAL VICTIMS who are left defenceless.
Think about it, our Declaration of Independence made clear that we the people have inalienable rights which include the "right to life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
Our Constitution locked said rights for all time.
The people of the USA are the government.
The administrators take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the U.S. against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, and are doing a lousy job [more than half have proven themselves domestic enemies of our
sacred Constitution] when you look at the product of the legislators in terms of VICTIMLESS CRIME LAWS, of which they should be ashamed and make every effort to remove from our legal system. [Never happen Doc, we'll have
to prosecute for malfeasance and send the worst offenders to prison, which might remind the others they work for us, not the reverse.]
The continued existence of such laws are a disgrace to the Constitution. [Not to mention the intelligence of our citizenry. Do not forget Who gave that sacred document to us.]
At this place we shall leave the good doctor, but not without acknowledging his courage in calling state's attorney generals who ignore federal precedence in law criminals. I would add the attorney general of the United States for dereliction of duty if not malfeasance.
The reason we digress is the article I swiped was a single issue attack, while the Victims of VICTIMLESS CRIME LAWS are Legion.
Worse, these laws are being enforced by idiots with SWAT teams, military weapons and tactics in total disregard of the Constitution. SWAT is not trained to "Protect and serve." Swat is trained to kill,
with precision and without hesitation. I know that because I have participated in their training.
Why do you think the Posse Comitatus Act forbids the military from acting against American Citizens. Yeah! That's right, we should take that piece of wisdom to heart when occupying foreign territory.
In 1968 I stepped out of a C-130 and both chutes failed. I walked away, but the pain has been both persistent and sever. Rather than "hard" prescription drugs I have made do to date with navy rum and Motrin. I
tell you this only because it gives an idea of my attitude toward brain frying drugs.
Quite frankly I hate the damn stuff, but if you wish to fry your brain, the key word is "Your." What you do with your property is none of my affair or anyone else's. It is most particularly not the concern of society and that
is pure unmitigated Constitutional law.
Swat teams are a necessity, but should be state controlled, like the National Guard and deployed only by special request that will be strictly justified after the fact. The police chief and the mayor of any municipality that sends them to the wrong address should immediately be
stripped of power and retirement benefits.
Should such a debacle result in a fatality, the homeowner, defender is automatically absolved and the police chief and mayor stand personally liable. They work for us and are well paid.
What of the "Fully informed Jury" issue? Yeah, you knew the answer to that one. What kind of moron would ask a jury to reach a fair verdict, when facts are withheld? Why do you think our sheepdogs are overwhelmed by repeat offenders?
Are you aware the shyster you hire at exorbitant rates is an officer of the very court he "defends" you against? Baa! Baaa!

Since drugs are illegal, the government has a hard time taxing them, so they level heavy penalties and fines against those caught with them to make up the difference. They also confiscate your personal property for good measure. This way next time you will know to only partake in products like alchohol that are properly taxed a good amount by our fine government. Remember, if you cut the core out of an apple, you could be creating drug paraphenalia and not know it...lol

Building Bongs 101
This topic is making me want to pull out my custom built large mouth pint fruit jar filled with crushed ice , with clear plastic tubing and 5/8" chrome solder to 3/8" compression with stainless steel faucet screen -smoking device and fill it with high quality herb.

Some troops in Germany in the 70's used to use the firing pin from an M-16 to
punch holes into the side of a soda can to make a "field" bong.
They thought they could claim the can wasn't theirs because they had thrown a
soda can away that day.
However, when I smelled the junk in the hallways I'd put a trusted guy outside their
window. When I knocked on the door of the "alleged" participants of illegal activities
they'd throw the can out the window. Trusted friend retrieved the can with rubber
gloves thereby maintain the integrity of the offender's fingerprints.
Sent a couple to Leavenworth on the "3 strikes you are out" program.
Some of you seem to think smoking dope is a minor thing. When you are depending
on a man to back you up in combat you want him straight as an arrow.
Sadly...we also had a guy who cooked his brain taking speed on a 12 mile road march.
Hell, on the other hand....give them all the dope they want. Nature takes care to stupid
people.....just don't use my tax dollars to treat them.
