It looks like you missed this quote from Kotlikoff in regards to the assumption that consumer prices would not rise.

I have no intention of going round and round the mulberry bush with you over this sort of thing but I would note that he is silent as to NET wages which is all that anyone gives a DAMN about anyway and, as has been pr oven hundreds of times, the VAST majority will see increased purchasing power with their net wages under the FairTax!
