Heather has two mommies; it's just wrong.

You know what's wrong? How my company allows this single mother I work with to work 9:30 to 5 while the rest of us work 8-5. Yes..she's considered and payed as a full time person. It's because she has a kid and has to take him and pick him up from school. That's what's wrong.

She should be paid one and half hours less per day than the rest of you she would be at our company. She would be classed as full time due to the number of hours under UK law and entitled to any benefits this gives you but she would and should not be paid for hours she did not work.

The same goes for holiday entitlement that should be based on the number of hours she works
