but there really aren't any other good singers in the competition. I forget the last guy last night, but he was good too.
I feel the same way except I don't think any of the other AI's were totally stacked with talent either.

Love the show, love these threads...but for some reason I can't really find myself caring about any of these people yet. I usually had a fondness early on for BO
or Carrie or Taylor by now..and so far..nada!
Is it me? I guess I usually like the male persuasion more than the females too - and none of the guys do it for me.

Have the contestants had tudes like this in the past? She wasn't that great. Fact. Yeah, but it's rare that Idol has so many in the same crop. Antonella, Haley and Alaina and Leslie last week. All of them have high opinions of themselves.

You are right. None of them really "connect". The closest I come to caring about a contestant is Lakisha and Melinda, but I won't be heartbroken if they go either (like there is even a chance of them going so soon!).

Haley should be singing at Disney. She isn't horrible but has such a showtune quality about her. Are you saying that she needs seven dwarfs dancing around her to distract from her mediocre singing?

I think the problem here may be that all of the girls who are talented seem pretty nice, so there's really nobody that really, really irritates me (yet) and makes me pull for a certain one.
