Banana bread is always the fate of gross bananas around here. I will have to try the chocolate chips, my recipe calls for pecans but I usually leave them out because hubby is allergic to most tree nuts (but not ground nuts like peanuts). About what amount of chips for 2 standard loaves?
I'm about to try a recipe for raspberry turnovers that I got off the King Arthur Flour website. Have to go to the store to get sour cream for it, but it sure reads like it's going to be worth it . . . . .
Half cup of chocolate chips per loaf. Raspberry is good with chocolate, too!
