Congress does not dictate to the people what is of interest to the nation. The people are the government and dictate to Congress what they deem important. The 73 signers of The Fair Tax are a direct correlation to the growing grassroots Fair Tax movement because Congress critters are feeling increasing pressure to support The Fair Tax or risk losing their jobs.
